Refund Policy

1. The short version

If we haven't started your project, you get a full refund. If we've started, we refund what's fair for the work not yet done. Monthly plans cancel anytime and stop future charges — but we don't refund the current month. We'd rather earn your trust than argue about money.

2. One-time packages (Website $129, Business-in-a-Box $299)

• Before we start work: full refund, no questions asked.
• After we've started: we'll refund a fair share for the portion not yet completed. If you've already approved the finished work, it's not refundable — but if something's wrong, we'll fix it.
• Something's wrong: tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right — fix it first, refund what's fair if we can't.

3. Monthly care plans ($29, $59, $99/month)

• Cancel anytime. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately.
• The current billing month is not refunded — you've paid for that month's requests whether you used them or not.
• If we fail to deliver the service for a full month through our own fault (not a payment problem, not waiting on you), email us and we'll make it right — credit or refund for that month.

4. Request top-ups ($10 for 5, $25 for 15)

Top-up requests never expire. If you haven't used any of a top-up pack within 30 days of buying it, you can get a full refund. Once you've used even one request from the pack, it's not refundable — but the remaining requests stay yours forever.

5. Ad Management ($49/month)

The $49/month management fee follows the same rules as monthly care plans: cancel anytime, no refund for the current month. Your ad spend is paid directly to the ad platforms from your own account — we never hold it, so we can't refund it. If you have a billing question about your ad spend, that's between you and the platform; we'll help you understand the charges.

6. Digital products, Career Studio, and custom jobs

• Before you've downloaded or used the file: refundable within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
• After you've downloaded it: refundable only if the file is defective (won't open, wrong contents, major errors) — tell us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.
• If you get a refund on a digital product: its license key is switched off and the download links stop working.
• Career Studio and custom jobs: these are one-time projects made for you, so they follow the one-time project rules in section 2 — full refund before we've started, a fair share after.
• Ongoing Marketing ($49/month): follows the monthly-plan rules in section 3 — cancel anytime, current month not refunded.

7. How refunds are paid

• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
• Most refunds arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order email. We'll confirm we've got your request and take care of it.

8. Chargebacks

Please talk to us before filing a chargeback with your bank — we can almost always sort it out faster and fairer together. A chargeback costs us extra fees and paperwork, so it's genuinely the last resort, not the first one.
