• Your account details — name, email address, and the messages you send us.
• Payment details — handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical records — server logs including IP addresses, kept so we can keep the service running and secure.

Why we use it

To build and host your website, to take payment, to answer your messages, and to keep the service working. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who else touches it

• Stripe — payments and subscriptions.
• Cloudflare — domains, certificates and delivering your site.
• Resend — sending email such as support replies.
• Automated language and image tools — the description you give us is processed by automated services to draft your site's wording. Do not send us anything confidential that you would not want processed this way.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account, and afterwards only where we need it for legal or accounting reasons. Ask us to delete your account and we will delete your content and confirm when it is done.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will act on it.

Cookies

Our public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you log in to manage your site, we use a cookie to keep you signed in.

Children

This service is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
