If your site says something that is not true about your business, tell us. We correct it and we make sure that particular mistake cannot happen again on anyone's site.
My site is not loading
Tell us the address. We check it from outside our own network, tell you what we actually see, and say when we will next update you.
Change my wording, hours or prices
Send the change and we will make it. If you are on the managed plan this is what it is for; if not, we will still do it and show you where it lives.
My domain will not work
Send us the address. We will send you the exact record to add, already filled in, or add it for you if we manage it.
Photos will not upload
Just email us the photos. We will place them and publish.
Billing
Refunds, changes, cancelling. We will not argue with you about a charge.
What we will and will not tell you
When something is broken we will tell you what we can see, what we are doing, and when we will next update you. We will not give you a repair time we do not control, and we will not tell you where your site will appear in search results, because nobody controls that.
