Terms of service
Last updated 28 July 2026.
Who we are
Serviyou Sites is a service operated by Serviyou Technologies. Contacting us about anything in these terms: [email protected].
What we do
We build a website for your business from information you give us, host it, and make changes you ask for. What we build depends on what you tell us. We do not invent details about your business, and where we are unsure we ask you first.
What you pay
A one-time build fee, then a monthly subscription, at the rate shown when you signed up. Monthly charges recur until you cancel. If you joined at a founding rate, that rate continues while your subscription stays active; if you cancel and later return, the rate available at that time applies.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time and it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not require a reason and we do not make cancelling difficult.
Refunds
See our refund policy.
Your content
The text, photos, logos, menus and other material you give us stay yours. You confirm you have the right to use what you send us. You give us permission to publish it on your site and to store copies as part of running the service.
The site we build
The finished website is yours to use for your business. The underlying platform, tooling and templates remain ours. Some of the words and images on your site are produced with the assistance of automated tools; you are responsible for reading your site and telling us about anything that is wrong, and we will correct it.
Your domain name
If you use your own domain name, you buy it and it stays registered in your name. You are responsible for renewing it. We will help you connect it. If it expires, your site will stop being reachable at that address through no fault of ours.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for anything unlawful, to publish material you do not have the right to publish, to mislead people, or to distribute malware. We may suspend a site that does, and we will tell you why.
Availability
We work to keep sites online and we monitor them, but no hosting is uninterrupted and we do not offer an uptime guarantee. If we have an interruption that affects you, contact us and we will tell you what happened and what we did.
Limits on our liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business. Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time. We may end the agreement if you break these terms, or with thirty days' notice for any other reason, and in that case we will refund the unused part of what you have paid and give you a copy of your site's content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and its courts have jurisdiction.
