Refund policy

The build fee

If we have not delivered your site yet, ask and we will refund the build fee in full. If we have delivered it and you are not happy with it, tell us what is wrong — we would rather fix it. If you still want to stop, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund the build fee.

The monthly fee

Cancel at any time and the subscription stops at the end of the period you have paid for. If you cancel within 14 days of your first monthly charge and have not asked us for changes in that period, we will refund that charge.

If we are at fault

If your site was unavailable because of something on our side, contact us and we will credit the affected period. You do not need to argue for this.

Your domain name

A domain name you bought from a registrar is not ours to refund. It stays registered in your name for the period you paid for.
